You can help us by gathering the information below. This information will allow us to get a jump start on your application and that means quicker approval for your loan. The items below cover most typical applications; each loan application is unique and may require additional documentation.

Personal Information

• Paycheck stubs reflecting your last 30 days of income.
• W-2 forms for the last two years. (Self-employed individuals are required to have at least 2 years of tax returns)
• Most recent statements for deposit accounts. (Checking, Savings, CD's, Mutual Funds, IRA's, Brokerage Statements)
• Listing of your major assets. (Cars, Other Real Estate, Additional Income)
• Balances and monthly payments on outstanding debts.

• Purchase Contract
• Legal description of the property.
• Seller's Disclosure (For Purchases)
• Builders contract with draw schedules. (Construction Loan)
• Final set of construction plans. (Construction Loans)

Other Information

• Application Fee (Credited to closing costs at the time of the closing)
• Additional information as required by the loan officer
