FDIC TEMPORARY LIQUIDITY GUARANTEE PROGRAM
"Cincinnatus Savings and Loan Co." has chosen not to participate in the FDIC's Transaction Account Guarantee Program. Customers of "Cincinnatus" with noninterest-bearing transaction accounts will continue to be insured through December 31, 2009 for up to $250,000.00 under the FDIC's general deposit insurance rules.
"Cincinnatus" elected not to participate in this program since we maintain liquidity levels well above the required levels imposed on federally insured financial instituions.
