Examples

Based on a 15 year fixed home loan of $100,000 for 15 years with a rate of 6.000% and an APR of 6.090%, the mortgage would be paid in 180 installments of $843.86.

Based on a 15/30 fixed rate balloon home loan of $100,000 amortized over 30 years at a rate of 6.500% and an APR 6.560%, the mortgage would be paid in 180 installments of $632.07 if the conditional modification option is exercised the interest rate is adjusted based on the index plus margin and the loan is fully amortized over the remaining 180 months. If the conditional modification is not exercised, the remaining principal balance, and interest is due on the 180th payment.

Based on a 1 year adjustable rate home loan of $100,000.00 amortized over 30 years at a rate of 6.000% and an APR of 6.050%, the initial 12-month payment is $599.55, afterward the interest rate and payment may increase or decrease annually for the remaining 348 months.

Stated payments include principal and interest only. Above examples on purchases with a 20% down payment or more based on appraisal or sale price, whichever is lower. APR's are based on $100,000 mortgage loan. Interest rates, APR's, and loan amounts for loans with lower down payments will vary. Adjustable mortgage rates are subject to increase after consummation.
