We offer fixed and variable rate land loans with terms to meet your budget. If you currently own your home, you may be able to use the equity in your home for the down payment. Improved land and unimproved land are financed under the same terms. Your lot can be refinanced at 75% loan to value. If the lot has been owned for less than 1 year the value of the land would be the purchase price or appraisal whichever is less. Base closing costs for land loans is $1,300.00 for properties located in Hamilton County Ohio, closing costs are slightly higher for surrounding counties.
